We stand by our quality — if it’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Returns
You’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Exclusions
Custom pieces and sale items aren’t eligible for returns (unless faulty).

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size? We’ve got you — reach out and we’ll sort it.

Shipping
Return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend tracked shipping, as we can’t cover lost returns.

Faulty Items
Received something damaged? Contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll fix it fast.
